Adrian Vandermast, 94, Crawfordsville, passed away at 6:25 a.m., Sunday, at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health-Crawfordsville.
He retired as a division sales manager at Raybestos-Manhattan where he had worked for more than 35 years.
Memberships included Crawfordsville Kiwanis and he was past district governor of the Indiana district; Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church since 1952, where he served as a deacon, elder and superintendent of the Sunday school; and AARP, where he served as associate state director for Indiana.
He was born April 15, 1916, in Garfield, N.J., the son of John and Mamie (Zanowitz) Vandermast. He married Joan Jagt on Nov. 24, 1937, and they moved to Crawfordsville in 1951.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Allan, of Colorado; a daughter, Carol of Colorado; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 3 p.m., Wednesday, at Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church with the Rev. John Van Nuys officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery Mausoleum.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
