Allan E. Myers of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday June 1, 2019 at Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville.

He was born January 25, 1955 to the late Ralph G. Myers and Lorene Blackford Myers Kirts in Crawfordsville, IN.

Allan graduated from Southmont High School. He retired, due to health issues, from Raybestos after over 30 years of service having worked in various jobs, his last being a tool and die maker.

Allen enjoyed golfing, mushroom hunting, lottery, baking and watching sports. He enjoyed being with family. He also served as a volunteer for the Alamo Fire Department for many years and had been active in Scouting.

He is survived by his mother Lorene Kirts of Crawfordsville, Sister Kathy Witt of Darlington, Brother Dennis (Rosemary Wynn) Myers of Waynetown, Step mother Linda Myers of Crawfordsville, nieces Katie Witt of Florida, Samantha Myers of Illinois and Sarah Myers of Waynetown, as well as nephew Kyle Witt of Lafayette.

A Celebration of life will be held from 3-6 Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, with a gathering following at Lorene's Home
