Amber Hayes, 36 of Crawfordsville passed away Tuesday at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born July 29, 1980 to Jerry & Brenda Blackford Billingsley. She is survived by her sister Diane Jenkins of Crawfordsville, a niece Miranda Norman and nephew Hayden Norman. She was married to Ronald Hayes, he survives.
Amber had a heart of gold. She knew no stranger. She would go above and beyond to help anyone. She loves deeply and cares genuinely about every person she knows. Her smile lights up a room and her laugh, always happy and joking, will be remembered the most. She loved any new adventure. She has lived many different states & places, always finding new friendships and bonds along the way. She has taught us to fight with everything you have and conquer your fears and never give up. Amber is truly one of a kind. She is a beautiful, kind, loving soul. She loves all children like they are her own. She loved to go camping, fishing, canoeing, and spending quality time with friends & family making new memories along the way.

Cremation was chosen. A Celebration of life will be held from 5-7 Tuesday October 4 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to help with a memorial marker.
