Angela Proctor, 53, of
Lafayette died Wednesday,
March 19, 2014, at IU
Health Arnett.
She was born April 12,
1960, in Pennsylvania, to
Lawrence and Mary Lubert
Southern.
Survivors include:
daughter Brooke Crouch,
Crawfordsville; sons,
Bruce Welshimer and Brad
Welshimer, both of Crawfordsville;
brothers, Roger,
Dave and Edward Southern;
sisters, Sandra Carnes
and Susan McGuire; and
seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by her parents;
brother Lawrence Southern
Jr.; and sister Tina Sholly.
Cremation was chosen.
A memorial graveside service
will be held at 2 p.m.
Friday, March 28, 2014, at
Oak Hill Cemetery North.
