Ann Lanum of Bloomington and
formerly of Crawfordsville and Linden
died at 4 a.m. Sunday at Bloomington.
She was 85.
Mrs. Lanum was a homemaker.
She was a member of First Christian
Church Crawfordsville and the Sunshine
Choir at Crawfordsville. She
graduated in 1945 from Linden High
School.
She was born Feb. 4, 1927, at
Crawfordsville, to Roy and Elizabeth
Sabens. She married Lorran "Jerry"
Lanum on Aug. 16, 1974, at Crawfordsville.
He is deceased.
Survivors include: son Brian
(Mary) Hughes of Crawfordsville;
daughters, Paula Lang of Fairfield,
Ohio, Marla (Dan) Hodes of Laguna
Beach, Calif., and Carla (Jeff)
McGee of Bloomington; step-daughters,
Deborah (Robert) Pressler of
Lafayette, Deidre (Richard) Beedle of
Crawfordsville and Denise (Robert)
Atkinson of Oxford; nine grandchildren;
several step-grandchildren; four
great-grandchildren; and several
step-great-grandchildren.
Sister Ellen Faust and brother
Dale Sabens are deceased.

Funeral services are scheduled
for 11 a.m.Wednesday at Hunt and
Son Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant
Ave., Crawfordsville, with the Rev.
John VanNuys officiating. Burial will
be at Mace Cemetery. Friends may
call 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral
home.
