Obituary

Anna Jean Snouwaert of Crawfordsville died at 6:45 p.m.
Sunday at the Ben Hur Home. She was 84.
Mrs. Snouwaert had worked for Carl's, Holiday Inn, Larry
Cummings GMC Olds and Classy Casuals.
She was a Hillsboro Methodist Church member; one of the
original members of the WW U Sunday
School Class; and attended First Christian
Church. She also was a member of Crawfordsville
American Legion Post 72 Auxiliary;
Eagles 1005 Auxiliary; Veterans of Foreign
Wars Auxiliary; and Elk's Club.
She was born March 20, 1927, to James E.
and Edna Thompson Brown. She was first
married to Donald L. Voorhees. He is
deceased. She then married Wayne Snouwaert. He also is
deceased.
Survivors include: sons, Ron Voorhees of Crawfordsville,
Gary (Tammy) Voorhees of Kingman and Dennis Voorhees of
Orlando, Fla.; daughter Kathy (Harold) Bellamy of Converse,
Texas; sisters, Liz Bray and Carolyn Hullinger; seven grandchildren;
six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Two sisters and two brothers are deceased.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m.Wednesday at Hunt
& Son Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave., with the Rev. Keith
Strain officiating. Burial will be at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
Friends may call noon to 2 p.m.Wednesday at the funeral
home.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association
or American Cancer Society.
