Audra I. Terry 93, of Crawfordsville died Monday at the Lane House. She was born August 26, 1924 in New Market to the late Marguerite (Hamm) Thompson & Lloyd Thompson. She was married to George Terry February 2, 1945 in New Market. He preceded her in death on April 14, 1993.

She was a homemaker, lifetime member of the New Ross American Legion Auxiliary (Robert Tuner Post 427), she enjoyed reading, words searches and yellow roses.

Survivors include her daughter Marjorie (Richard) Risner of Elon, OH and son Thomas (Terri) Terry of Cloverdale, 5 grandchildren- Crystal (Patrick Kelley, Rick Risner Jr. Shanna Beth (Jeremy) Farmer, Staci Terry, and Samantha (Joseph) Allcock. 10 great grandchildren- Scott (Stacey) Kelley, Adam Kelley, Stephanie Bachman, Matthew Kelley, Maranda Kelley, Nicholas Kelley, Cierra Farmer, Torrence Farmer, Mackenzie Farmer, Logan Allcock and 1 great great granddaughter Michelle Archer. She also has one brother Arlie (Linda) Thompson and 1 sister Kay (John) Callis.

She was preceded in death by her son David Carroll, great grandson Thomas James "JT" Farmer, 4 brothers Max Thompson, Donald Thompson, Hubert Thompson and Walter Thompson, 2 sisters Leathea Thompson and Phyllis Mumaw.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be in the New Ross Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday March 15 from 4-7pm at the funeral home.
