Obituary
Audrey Dolores Stelk died Thursday.
She had lived at St. Louis, Mo., Covington, Danville, Ill., Kankakee, Ill., Bradley, Ill., Joliet, Ill., Crawfordsville, Logansport, Mount Pleasant, Mich., and Ottawa, Ill.
She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
She was born June 30, 1930, at Grand Tower, Ill., to Dane and Clara (Jone) Nelson. She married Alfred John Stelk Jr. on May 30, 1952, at Kankakee Ill. He died April 17, 2002.
Survivors include: three children, Claran Stelk Einfeldt, Alfred John Stelk III and Andrew James Stelk; brother Carroll "Toby" Nelson of Carbondale, Ill., 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, Crawfordsville. A funeral and burial will take place in Ottawa at a later date.
