Barbara Hayden, 74 of Indianapolis, formerly of Crawfordsville passed away Thursday at Community Hospital East, Indianapolis.

Barbara was born August 2, 1943 in Oxford to Lee and Mary Ethel Macy Dinwiddie.   She was a graduate of Crawfordsville High School and served in the US Army.

She is survived by her children Tracy Jones of Clinton and Amy Stewart of Canby; Grandchildren Amanda Woodard, Virginia Isaac, Michael Woodard, Larry Shawn Stewart, and Chance Michael Ryan Stewart as well as 5 great-grandchildren.  Barbara is also survived by sisters Ethel Mae Howard of Oregon, Dorothy Stadler of Virginia and Fairy Chism of Crawfordsville, as well as 2 special cousins Cindy Arndt and Susan Hawthorn in addition to 2 special friends Sally Medley and Ginger Keller. She spent the last 13 years of her life raising her grandsons Shawn and Chance.  She was preceded in death by her husbands Clarence Mink and Johnny Hayden as well as Son In Law Fred York.

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
