Obituary
Barbara L. Norris, 65, of Crawfordsville, passed away at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday at Methodist Hospital.
Mrs. Norris was born May 25, 1942 in Williamsport to George and Mattie Logsdon Knee.
She attended Williamsport and Crawfordsville schools. She married Charles Largent is 1962 and later divorced, and James Norris in March of 1973. He preceded her in death in February of 1999. She had worked at Sommer Metalcraft for 23 years and Houston Homes for four years.
She is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Reggie) Maxwell of Waynetown and Janey (David) Carey of Crawfordsville; sons, Andy (Kristy) Largent of Crawfordsville and David (Marsha) Largent of Waveland; sister, Kathy Logston of Waynesville, Ga.; step-children, Terry Norris and Susie Norris; nine grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather, Charles Logston; daughter, Laura Ann Largent.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Vernon Dowell officiating. Burial is at Oak Hill Cemetery South.
Friends and family can pay their respects from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
