Barbara J. Weliver, 72, Crawfordsville, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Crawfordsville.  She was born on December 20, 1951 in Crawfordsville to Robert and Betty June (Zimmerman) Newlin.  She married Harold Weliever and he preceded her in death on March 26, 2024.

She had previously worked in the hospitality industry, gave airboat tours and was known as the grandma of Francis and Mount.

She is survived by her sons, Steve (Denise) and Brandon, both of Colorado, nephew, Issac (Kimberly) Weliver of Crawfordsville, niece, Savanna (Sumit) Nag of Crawfordsville, in addition to several other loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a son, Harold in 2020.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1-3 PM Sunday, July 21 at Francis and Mount.
