Betty A. Blair, 74, of Crawfordsville, passed away at 1:10 p.m. Friday
at St. Clare Medical Center.
Mrs. Blair was born Sept. 19, 1932 in Iowa to Clyde and Mildred Rutter
Robinson. She attended Mt. Carmel (Ill.) schools. On April 18, 1954,
she married Donald Blair in Mt. Carmel. Mr. Blair survives.
Mrs. Blair worked in the voter registration office and was an election
worker for many years. She was a member of Christ United Methodist
Church and the Hoosier Heroines.
Survivors include a daughter, Ann Beaumont of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a
son, John Blair of Crawfordsville; a brother, Eddie Marshal Robinson of
Mt. Carmel; and a granddaughter, Amanda (Cpl. Eric) Langette.
Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home
with the Rev. John Pettigrew presiding. Burial will follow in Oak Hill
North Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects from 4 p.m.
to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
