Betty L. Nichols, 90 of Crawfordsville passed away Friday at Ben Hur Health and Rehabilitation.

She was born January 24, 1927 in Kokomo to Marshall Franklin and Elta Myrtle Sims.  Betty had worked at Culver Union Hospital, the Crawfordsville license branch, Crawfordsville Sewage office and retired from Horner's Pontiac Buick.

She married Ernest Nichols on April 4, 1946, he preceded her in death on April 22, 2002.  Betty is survived by her daughters Jennifer (Kenneth) Skodinski of New Ross and Chris (Jay) Metzger of Jacksonville, FL as well as grandchildren Andrew (Jennifer) Skodinski and Kelli Skodinski, one Great grandchild Ethan Skodinski.

Betty was preceded in death by her sisters Patricia Levenduski and Alma Rhode.

Graveside services will be held 1:00pm Thursday March 2 at Oak Hill Mausoleum.
