Blake Allen Summers, age 20 of Waynetown passed away at Methodist Hospital on April 4, 2024.  He was born in Crawfordsville on March 30, 2004, to Bryan and Julie Summers.  He had special needs & was always loved by everyone. He did not attend school due to his health.  He is survived by his parents. Brothers Logan (Fiance Mackayla) & Andrew; Grandparents Susan McGuire and Charlene Summers; Uncle Jeremiah (Fiance Kaytie) McGuire; Aunts Mary McGuire, Lisa McGuire, Kathy Carter & Kim (Ray) Jones; Cousins Abby, Jenna, Desiree, Kaylee, Christina, Penelope, Jacob, Courtney, Cody, Trevor & Hannah as well as several Great Aunts, Uncles and 2nd Cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great uncle Richard Austin, Great Grandfather James Austin, Great grandmother Gloria Austin, Great Grandfather Daniel McGuire, Great Grandmother Shirley Summers, Great Grandfather Leroy Summers, Great Grandfather Dean Smith, 2nd Cousin Nathan Austin, and 2nd Cousin Thersa Lanie.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 11 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 pm.  Cremation will follow the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital or Make A Wish Foundation.
