Brenda Bowles Barley, 77 of Crawfordsville passed away Thursday at Franciscan Hospital Indianapolis.
She was born October 14, 1946, in Crawfordsville to Floyd Vernon & Bernice Morris Bowles.

Brenda attended Crawfordsville Schools and worked for many years as a short-order cook at local restaurants including the Snacker and Lew Wallace Inn.  She was a member of the Eagles Auxilliary.
She was married to Roscoe Barley who preceded her in death.
Survivors include her siblings Flossie Kiley, Tom Bowles, and Bill Bowles as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Donald Sosbe, Earlena Wisdom, Vernon Bowles, and Dorothy Inman.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, January 4 at Oak Hill Cemetery North.
