Brenda Jean McCormick September 19, 1945 – March 19, 2012 Resident of Lady Lake Florida after a courageous battle with leukaemia, Brenda passed away peacefully at the CornerStone Hospice House in Lady Lake. Brenda was born and raised in Crawfordsville, Indiana and graduated from Crawfordsville High School. She retired from R.R. Donnelley's & Sons after 34 years of service.

She was one of three daughters born to the late Owen and Thelma Hastaday and was the beloved wife of William L. McCormick for 31 years. Brenda will forever be remembered by her loving sisters Maxine Bushong and Mary Lou Flora, beloved children Dale McCormick, Lori Wilkinson, Ronald McCormick and Robin Martin, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her.

Brenda touched the lives and brought joy to many people with her smile, generosity, affection and courageous view on life.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 12:00PM to 2:00PM with memorial service directly following at Hunt and Sons Funeral Home 107 North Grant Avenue, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. Grave-side service will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery Mausoleum.
