Obituary

Carl Wayne Florey, 79, of
Crawfordsville died at 9:22
a.m. Sunday at Ben Hur Nursing
Home.
Mr. Florey
was an industrial
engineer
with Raybestos,
and was lated self-employed
until his retirement.
He served in the U.S. Army
during the Korean War. He
was a member of the American
Legion and Elks.
He was a graduate of Indiana
Business College.
Mr. Florey was born March
1, 1930 in Veedersburg to
Carl Amos Florey and Mary
Jones Florey. He was married
to Dee Quigg Florey for
more than 25 years before
their divorce.
He is survived by his son,
Jeff (Sarah) of Crawfordsville,
daughter, Carla (Darrell)
McCloud of Crawfordsville,
and sister, Ruth (Max) Suitors
of Crawfordsville, as well
as five grandchildren, Jennifer
Florey Engle (Clint), Lindsay
Florey, Evan Florey, Levi
McCloud, Seth McCloud, and
one great granddaughter, Hallie
Engle.
He is preceded in death by
one brother and three sisters.

Funeral arrangements are
set for 3 p.m. Saturday at Hunt
& Son Funeral Home. Rev.
Mike Parks will officiate.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill
Cemetery South. Visitation will
be from noon-3 p.m. Saturday
at Hunt & Son Funeral
Home. Memorial Contributions

Alzheimer's Association.
