Carmon "Candy" Mack, 55, Crawfordsville passed away Sunday at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
She had previously been employed with Crawford Industries. She was a member of the Eagles, a founding member of the band Rosewood Ash and was an awesome singer.
Born January 10, 1958 in Hammond, IN to George Rice and Shirley Cummins, she married Jimmy Mack on April 13, 1995 and he survives. She is also survived by her mother, Shirley (Grant) Knowles of Mellott, daughters, Marcy (Brian) Kenny of Crawfordsville, Michele (Roy) Light Hazzam of Saudi Arabia, sons, Josh (Charridy) Kovacs of Crawfordsville and Justin (Brittany) of Monon, sister, Regina Courtney, brothers, Richard Cummins, George Rice, Gregg Mack, Tim Mack and 9 grandchildren. In addition she is survived by her "Fun Palace children."
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery North. Visitation will be 2:00-6:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
