Carter Bailey Johnson, 6 days, passed away Wednesday at Home Hospital in Lafayette.
He was born May 17, 2007 to Chris & Rachel Scarlett Johnson of Lafayette. They survive.
Also surviving are a sister Elizabeth; Great Grandparents, Al & Sandy Rayburn, Melba Jeanie Johnson, & Nellie Crane; Grandparents, Jeff & Lisa Scarlett, Lisa Gerhart, Ed & Connie Johnson.
He was preceded in death by Great grandparents Wallace and Judith Kobel and Eugene Johnson.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Dr. Phil Collier officiating. Friends may call from 12-2pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery North.
