Obituary
Charles C. Widger, 83, of Crawfordsville passed away 9:15pm Tuesday at St. Clare Medical Center.
Mr. Widger was retired from RR Donnelly and served in the US Navy during WWII.
He was born April 24, 1923 to Thomas & Ann Widger in Cuba, IL. He attended Cuba (IL) Schools.
He married Edna High July 5, 1945 she survives. Also surviving are a son, Steve Widger of Crawfordsville; a daughter Lavonne Simpson of Crawfordsville, two sisters Irene Gardner of Peoria, IL, & Edith Coulvas of Canton, IL.
Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Parks officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery North. Friends may call from 11-1 on Friday.
