Clara Marie Biddle, formerly of
Crawfordsville, died at Lakeville,
Minn. She was 80.
She was retired, but formerly
worked at the Sherwin Williams Paint
Store where her husband, Richard
Biddle, was the store manager for
many years.
She volunteered at the Well Baby
Clinic in Crawfordsville and was a
member of the First Christian Church
in Crawfordsville. She was a 1948
graduate of Linden High School.
She was born Nov. 3, 1930, at
Crawfordsville, to Arthur and Mildred
(Hudson) Pearson. She married
Richard L. Biddle on Dec. 30, 1949,
at Crawfordsville. He is deceased.
Survivors include: daughter Cynthia
(Samuel) Orbovich of St. Paul,
Minn.; sisters, Marjorie Tribbett of
Crawfordsville and Kay Bryan of Darlington;
and two grandchildren.
Sister Mary Maltsberger also is
deceased.

Funeral services are scheduled
for 2 p.m. Saturday at Hunt & Son
Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave.,
Crawfordsville. Burial will be at
Waynetown Cemetery. Friends may
call 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at
the funeral home.
