Dale D. Padgett, 66 of Marshall Indiana, passed away Monday, September 2 at IU Methodist Hospital.

He was born June 23, 1958, in Lafayette, IN to Martin and Gloria Whitlow Padgett. He served in the US Navy.  He was active as the historian for the American Legion Frankfort Post.

Dale is survived by his Children Matthew Padgett, Maranatha Woodard, and Maria Padgett. He is also survived by a brother Gary and his mother Gloria Padgett.

Cremation was chosen. Hunt & Son Funeral Home is assisting the family.
