Dan A. Willoughby, 55 of
Crawfordsville died at 7:35
a.m. Saturday at Clarian
Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.
He ran an appliance repair
business. He graduated from
Crawfordsville High School in
1973.
He was born Aug. 8, 1954
in Crawfordsville to Albert
Willoughby and Mabel White
Willoughby.
He is survived by his son,
Jason of Lafayette, daughters,
Angela (Hank) Swazay of
Crawfordsville and Mindy
(Jason) Choate of Lebanon,
sisters, Lavonda Sparby and
Joyce (Don) Hultz, both of
Crawfordsville, and two grandchildren.

Funeral services are set for
2 p.m.Wednesday at Hunt &
Son Funeral Home, with Rev.
Clarence Lee officiating.
Following services, he will
be cremated, and burial will
be at Oak Hill North at a later
date. Visitation will be 1-2
p.m. Wednesday at Hunt &
Son Funeral Home.
