Daniel Smith, 51, of Crawfordsville died Friday in Moscow, ID.
Mr. Smith was born March 24, 1958, in Madison, Wis., the
son of Burnham (Greta) Smith. He was raised by the Bill
Edwards family.
He married Peggy Adams on July 31, 1976. She survives.
He was a carpenter by trade.
Survivors include, a son, Craig (Carrie) Smith of Crawfordsville;
a daughter, Stacey (Chris) Karn of Moscow, ID;
mother, Greta Smith of Wisconsin; father, Burnham Smith;
brothers, Don, Larry and Gary Smith; sister, Loretta Smith; stepsisters,
Pam and Patty; step-brother, Lyle and three grandchildren.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Hunt and Son Funeral
Home with Rev. Vernon Dowell. Burial will follow at Freedom
Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral
home Wednesday.
