David E. Dice, 91, of Crawfordsville passed away Monday afternoon at St. Elizabeth East hospital in Lafayette.
Mr. Dice was a retired farmer. He was a 1939 graduate of Elgin (IL) High School. He was born May 19, 1921 to Mark J. & June Armantrout Dice in Montgomery County. He married Carolyn Jean Peck January 28, 1943, she survives.
Also surviving are a son Roger (Becky) Dice of Crawfordsville, grandson Craig (michelle) Dice of Wingate, granddaughter Kristy Dice of Vincennes and a great grandson Ryan Dice.
He was preceded in death by a son, his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
A graveside service will be held 10am Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery North with Rev. Gary Lewis officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mace Methodist Church or Marie Canine Cancer Center.
