Dawson Jo Phipps, the infant daughter of Angela (Stonebraker) Cowan and John William Phipps, died Thursday, March 12, 2015. She was born earlier that day at 2:22 p.m. Surviving are her parents of Waynetown; brother Clayton Phipps; sisters, Brylee and Parker Cowan; maternal grandparents Cindy and Jim Hoskins and John and Selena Stonebraker; and paternal grandmother Crisann Phipps. She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather John Phipps; and brother Jayden Phipps.
