Debra Weliver, of Crawfordsville, died on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, in her home. She was 52.
Debra, born on Oct. 22, 1957 in Putnam County to parents Augustus and Margaret Lady Browning, had worked as a press operator at Ingress Plastene. She graduated from Greencastle Schools. She married John Weliver, who survives.
Additional survivors include son Eric French of Crawfordsville, brothers Bob (Shelly) Browning of Crawfordsville and Eugene (Misty) Browning of Crawfordsville, sisters Wanda (Neil) Ulsh of Mace, Ind., and Susan (Brad) Scott of New Richmond. She was preceded in death by her father, step father, two brothers, Bill and Gary, two sisters, Norma Roche and Teresa Stanton, and three nephews.
A graveside service will take place at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 21 at Mace Community Cemetery with Rev. Vernon Dowell officiating. Visitation is from 1-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
