Deloris (Dee) Celia Bever Moore, 81 of Crawfordsville passed away Monday at home. She was born in Hillsboro to Verniece & Gilbert Adolph Haas Bever.
She married Joe Board in Hillsboro, IN and later was married to Robert Coffin, Her last marriage was to Richard Moore for more than 25 years.
Deloris graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1956 where she played saxophone in the band, sang in the chorus, was a cheerleader and the homecoming queen.
After graduation she was employed at RR Donnelly for 38 years until her retirement. Deloris collected antique glass baskets and Hummels. She loved to eat out and travel with friends. She mainly enjoyed her grandson Denim Zachary and great grandchildren Kadyn Crowder and Samson, Grayson and Alexa Zachary.
She was also an avid fan of the Indiana Pacers, and a fan of Peyton Manning and Jeff Gordon. She had also spent several winters in Florida. She had been in ill health for the past 1 ½ years.
She was preceded in death by her son Mike Board, Sister Susie Lamie and a special pet Belle.
Deloris is survived by a daughter Michelle Coffin; brothers Milo (Fauneil) Bever of Covington and Bud (Sue) Bever of West Lafayette; Stepchildren Debi (Larry) Cassida, Brenda (Buck) Stonebraker, and Rick (Betsy) Moore.
Funeral services will be at Hunt & Son Funeral Home 1:00pm Friday with visitation from 11-1. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery South.
