Devin M. Adams, 28, Lafayette, passed away Sunday at his residence.
He was born May 1, 1984, at Greencastle, to Michael Adams and Connie Green. He graduated from North Putnam High School in 2002. He worked in construction and had previously worked for UPS.
He enjoyed playing baseball, wrestling, soccer and softball. He taught himself to play the guitar and often played in bands with his brother. He had a love for music.
Survivors include: his daughter, whom he dearly loved, Raeleigh Ann Acton of Crawfordsville; his mother Connie (Dwight) Michael at Crawfordsville; his father Michael (Julie) Adams of Greencastle; brothers, Seth Adams of Lafayette, Cody Michael of Crawfordsville, Jacob Farr of Amo and Adam Farr of Reelsville; grandparents, Lesly and Barbara Green of Roachdale and Betsy Adams of Greencastle; and niece Madison Boggs. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his dog, Hyde.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Crawfordsville, with Pastor Warren Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Brick Chapel Cemetery near Greencastle. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
