Donald (Don) Edward Linton went to be with his Lord, Friday at Wellbrooke in Crawfordsville
He was born June 29, 1939 the son of the late Malcolm Wayne Linton and Evalena Brooks. He married Ethel Diane Linton on April 5, 1974, she survives.
He graduated from Waveland High School in 1958. He was a lifelong resident of Waveland. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel with Diane & best friends Gary & Cheryl Douglas to his favorite location, Las Vegas.
Don was a branch manager at Ceres Solutions in Browns Valley until his retirement. He was baptized at Browns Valley Christian Church. He was also Past Master of Waveland Lodge 300 (Alamo).
In addition to his wife he is survived by 5 children, Cindy Corey, Dean Linton, Eric Douglas, Jeff Linton, and Todd Douglas. He is also survived by several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Helen Bever and Brenda Blessing and hi special friend Gary Douglas.
A graveside service will be held 4:00pm Tuesday at Oak Hill Mausoleum with the Eulogy given by his son Todd Douglas.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children,
