Donald Martin Warren, 78, of Crawfordsville died at 7:15 a.m. Sunday.
He was the retired owner of Hoosier Beverage and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was a member of the Smartsburg Christian Church, Elks, Moose, Eagles and American Legion. He was a 1957 graduate of Purdue University.
He was born May 23, 1933 in Crawfordsville to Buell "Pete" and Thelma Martin Warren. He married Patsy Thomas in 1954. They were divorced in 1966. He then married Shirley Manning. She preceded him in death in 1993.
Survivors include his companion, Marilyn High of Crawfordsville; two sons, Tom (Jackie) Warren of Crawfordsville and Joe (Trisha) Warren of Sellersburg; two daughters, Sally (Tom) Anderson of Houston, Texas and Susie (Skip) Morrison of Crawfordsville; two stepsons, Rick Davis and Ronnie Davis, both of Crawfordsville; a stepdaughter, Debbie Hinds of Crawfordsville; a brother, James Warren of Spencerville; two sisters, Virginia Dawson of Crawfordsville and Esther Gramer of Bridgewater, N.J.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; 10 nieces and nephews; and two step-grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Mike Parks officiating. Burial will take place at the Oak Hill Mausoleum with military rites at graveside. Visitation is scheduled for 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
