Donna Marie McCormick, 72, Crawfordsville, passed away Saturday at Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis.
She attended school in Robinson, IL and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Lake Holiday and enjoyed genealogy, knitting and playing the organ.
She was born on September 8, 1941 in Robinson, IL to Joseph and Rosemary (Love) Bahr. She was married to Darrold Wayne McCormick for 54 years and he survives.
Also surviving are her children Darin (Adriana) McCormick of Connecticut and Darcy (Thomas) Weiler of Crawfordsville, her mother, Rosemary Bahr of Robinson, IL, sister, Jean Marie Phillips of Illinois, and brother-in-law, Thomas Deedrick of Crawfordsville. In addition grandchildren, Alexandria Janette and Samantha Miranda McCormick of Connecticut and Alexis Thomalynne Weiler of Crawfordsville survive as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Bahr, brother, David Lee Bahr and a sister, Dennie Jean Deedrick.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Whitacre officiating. Burial will follow at Indian Creek Hill Cemetery. Friends may call 1-3 PM Thursday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Whitesville Christian Church.
