Dorothy Bernice Hockersmith, 60 of Crawfordsville passed away January 28.  She was born July 17, 1957 in Crawfordsville to Donald & Dorothy Marie Lambert Sosbe.  Dorothy was retired, she had worked as a secretary in the Assessors office.  She was married to Dean Hockersmith, he preceded her in death.  She is survived by her daughters Stacy Joan Parke and Laura Millsaps; grandchildren Bernice, James, Jennifer, Joseph, and Amber; Sister donna Jean Hargrave; half sister Patsy Kiger, half-brother Donnie Sosbe; aunts Brenda Barley and Flossie Kiley and uncles Tom & Bill Bowles.  She was preceded in death by her brother Donald E. Sosbe and Fiancé Mike Pickett.

Visitation will be from 4-6PM Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family.
