Douglas M. Strickler, 30, passed away at St. Clare Medical Center on Monday. Mr. Strickler was born December 15, 1975 to William and Norma Towle Strickler. He graduated from South Montgomery High School in 1994 and attended Vincennes University. He worked at Heidtman Steel for eight years. He was a member of Woodland Heights Christian Church and Men's Adult Baseball League.
He married Stacia McKinney September 16, 2000, she survives.
Also surviving are his parents Bill and Norma Strickler of Crawfordsville, Daughter Bailey Strickler at home, Stepson Tyler Demoret at home, Brothers Richard (Chris) Shireman of Florida, Dave (Jodi) Shireman & Billy Strickler both of Crawfordsville, and sister Judy Craig of Crawfordsville. Seven Nephews, 2 nieces, 3 Aunts and 3 Uncles also survive.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30am Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Wilke officiating. Friends may call 4-8PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
