Emma Smith, 72 of Lebanon passed away Monday at home.
Emma had worked Lowes Home Improvement in Zionsville.
She was born October 26, 1944 in Crawfordsville to Kenneth & Christine Hall Melvin. She married Jesse Smith in 1993, He survives.
She is also survived by her daughters Kay Flaurr, Leigh McElwee, Sondra Estelle & Evelyn Rogers. Two step daughters Marvel Smith and Faye Howell. As well as siblings Harold Melvin, Tom Melvin, Robert Melvin, Elizabeth Compton, and Pathena Melvin. Emma also has 9 Grandchildren, 6 Step Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren and one great great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter Sherri Smith, Sister Martha Riddle, Brother Carl Melvin and 1 grandchild.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, Crawfordsville. Interment will be in the Plainview Cemetery in Colfax. Visitation will be from 9-11 Thursday.
