Obituary
Ethel Meta Kiefer, 91 of Crawfordsville passed away at 1am Saturday at Williamsburg Healthcare. She was born May 22, 1924 in Lead Mine, WI to George & Laura Genthe Longhenry.
She graduated Platteville (WI) High School. She married Valentine Kiefer August 26, 1944, he preceded her in death June 23, 1996.
She was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Campfire Girls, and the Montgomery County Sheep Association.
She is survived by her son Robert Kiefer of Crawfordsville, six grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Judith, son Michael, grandson Eric, three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be noon on Saturday June 20 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church with Father Dennis Faker officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, visitation will be from 10-12 at the church.
