Evelyn M. Michael, 60 of Crawfordsville passed away Tuesday at Franciscan Health Lafayette East. She was born March 27, 1959 in Crawfordsville to Edwin & Julie Babich Johnson.

She had been a waitress for many years and was a charter member of the Blue Star Mothers group.

Evelyn married Paul Michael on September 2, 1978, he survives. Also surviving are her children Nichole (Scot) Stewart and Joshua David Michael; Brothers Leo Johnson and Robert Johnson; Sisters Edith Bechtold and Linda Bradley as well as granddaughter Marie. She has several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Star Mothers, PO Box 801, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
