Faith Renee Harvey, 37, Crawfordsville died Monday at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was a homemaker. She attended South Montgomery schools.
She was born May 30, 1975, at Crawfordsville, to Vernon Harvey and Rhonda Stonebraker.
Survivors include her father of Waynetown; her mother of Columbia City; and children, Joshua Price, Lance Metsker and Nikkia Metsker.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Feb. 9 from 1:30 p.m. until 4 p.m at First United Pentecostal Church, 116 S. Walnut St., Crawfordsville.
