Floyd W. Wilson Jr. of Crawfordsville died at 2:25 a.m. Saturday
in his home. He was 50.
Mr.Wilson worked at RR Donnelley for 28 years. He was a
member of Grace & Mercy Ministries and was a graduate of
Crawfordsville High School.
He was born in Crawfordsville to Floyd W. and Devonna
Connell Joseph Wilson. He married Carla Goodloe. She survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Erik (Stephanie) Wilson of
Ladoga, Trevor Patton of Indianapolis and Tristan Patton of Florida;
two daughters, Jennifer (Greg Funk) Wilson and Charsha
(Mike) Hayden, both of Crawfordsville; seven brothers, Jeff
(Kelley) Wilson, Dean Wilson, Michael (Jeanette) Newlin, John
(Joanna) Newlin, Lawrence Duke (Tammy) Newlin, Jack (Debbie)
Newlin and Robert Magill, all of Crawfordsville; five sisters,
Debbie (Walt) Otenburg of Terre Haute, Cheryl (J. Wesley)
Baker of Ladoga, Trudy (Ron) Early of Crawfordsville, Rita
(Elvie) Dowell of Waynesburg, Ky., and Susie Davis of Crawfordsville;
and six grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at
Grace & Mercy Ministries with Pastor Nathan Miller officiating.
Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from
4-8 p.m. today at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave.
