Frances E. Kelsey, 75, of Waveland, passed away Thursday at St. Clare Medical Center.
Mrs. Kelsey was born in Waynetown on Aug. 2, 1932 to Forrest Perkins and Helen (Brown) Perkins.
She graduated from Waynetown High School. She married Thomas Kelsey on June 27, 1953. She had been a home health care provider. She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by sons, Dave (Suzanne) of Lafayette, Martin (Becky) of Crawfordsville, Marvin (Nettie) of New Ross and Tom of Waveland; daughters, Dianna of New Richmond and Patty (Billy) Miethe of Ladoga; brothers, Ernie of Brazil and Richard of Texas; sisters, Dora of California and Rosemary of Brazil; 20 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Albert, Robert and John; sisters, Carla and Eileen; grandchildren, Joshua and Justin Kelsey.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Burial is at Pisgah Cemetery.
Friends and family can pay their respects from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
