Frances Walton, 94, of Crawfordsville passed away Wednesday at Ben Hur Nursing Home. She was born February 4, 1912 the oldest of 13 children to William and Mae Barclay Meagher. She married Kenneth Walton on July 2, 1931 he preceded her in death October 13, 1994.

She is survived by her nine children, sons Fredrick C. (Shirley) Walton of Crawfordsville, Darrell Walton of Indianapolis, and Ron Walton of Fishers. Daughters Lois (Don) Evans of Pinellas Park, FL, Jean (Harold) Stamps, Shirley (Robert) Ellingwood, Darlene (David) Clark, Carolyn Walton, & Judy Bridwell (Mike) Oltman all of Crawfordsville.

Also surviving are brothers Lloyd Meagher of Arizona, David Meagher of Michigantown, IN, and Merle Meagher of Las Vegas, NV. Two sisters Dorothy Dodds & Maxine Roche of Crawfordsville also survive.

Funeral Services will be held 3:0opm Saturday July 1 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Warren Stewart officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery North. Friends may call from 1-3pm Saturday.
