Fredrick W. Davis of Ladoga died at 1:37 a.m. Sunday in his
home. He was 61.
Mr. Davis was an electrical inspector for
CEL&P for 33 years. He was an Army veteran
serving in Vietnam.
His memberships included Faith Baptist
Church, Alamo Masonic Lodge 144 and International
Association of Electrical Inspectors. He also enjoyed Go Kart racing with his family.
He was born Aug. 25, 1949, at Crawfordsville,
to Wallace and Glena Dentstedt
Davis. He married Kathy E. Roe on July 10,
1970. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother, Glena Davis of Oak Hill, Fla.;
a son, Travis W. (Jonna) Davis of Ladoga; a daughter, Tricia L.
Cox of Ladoga; a sister, Trudy (Ron) Youngs of Pensacola,
Fla.; and two grandchildren.
His father is deceased.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at
Hunt & Son Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave., with Pastor
Tony Roe officiating. Burial with military rites will be at Indian
Creek Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m.Wednesday
with Masonic Rites at the funeral home.
