Obituary

Gary D Gravens, 62 of Crawfordsville passed away Sunday, May 30th.2021 at Franciscan hospital in Lafayette. He was born July 11th.1958 in Crawfordsville to the late Cecil and Christine Marie Gravens. He was a graduate of Crawfordsville High School. He worked at Crown Cork and Seal for over 30 years and retired in 2019.

He loved sitting out on his front porch waving at everyone that drove by and hunting mushrooms, spending time with his family (especially) loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his life partner of almost 25 years Carol Folck; her children Stacy Kinkade and Jimmy Reynolds (wife Vicki Reynolds); grandchildren Luke Kinkade, Kaylyn Reynolds, Konnor Reynolds and Jack Bailey, also his Siblings Linda (Stanley) Taylor, and Steve Gravens of Crawfordsville. He was preceded in death by his Parents Christine Marie and Cecil Gravens and Brothers Danny Gravens and Bill Gravens

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 4th from Noon-2p at Hunt and Son Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held after visitation at 2p.  Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery North.
