Geneva "Ruth" Hodges died at 1:44 a.m.
Sunday at St. Clare Medical Center. She
was 84.
She was born in Mudlick, Ky., to Ed and
Nola Oliver Webb. She married Donald
Hodges in 1942; he preceded her in death.
She is survived by seven daughters,
Sheron (Mark) Mefford, Brenda (Donald)
Taylor, Reva (Tony) Spohr and Michelle
Hodges of Crawfordsville, Jackie (John)
Nearon of Marion, Nola (Tim) Lee of Waynetown and Trixie
(Steven) Conkright of Linden; five sons, Herman (Waynetta)
Hodges, Randy Hodges, David (Christina) Hodges, Larry
Hodges, and Ricky (Susan) Hodges, all of Crawfordsville; and
several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Edna Webb and
Lucille Foster; two sons, Richard Hodges and Kenny Ray
Mason; one daughter, Trudy Hodges; and a grandchild, Larry
Wayne Hodges II.

Funeral arrangements are 11 a.m.Wednesday at Hunt & Son
Funeral Home. Pastor Clarence Lee will be presiding. Burial will
be at Oak Hill North. Visitation hours are from 4-8 on Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to help with funeral
expenses.
