Obituary
Genyle N. Webb, 89, of Terre Haute and formerly of Crawfordsville, passed away Sunday at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
She was born Nov, 10, 1921 in New Castle. She was the daughter of Lonnie & Ida (Halcomb)Weston.
She graduated from Anderson High School. She married Courtney H Webb, Sr. He preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 1998. She has worked at Hooks Drug stores then retired as manager of the sewer office for the city of Crawfordsville. She was a member of Pi Omicron sorority and Elks Auxiliary.
She is survived by sons, Courtney "Bud" of Crawfordsville and Jon of Philo, Ill.; daughters, Judy (Joel) Whitaker of Cincinnati, Ohio., and Connie (Ron) Joseph of Terre Haute; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Friends and family can pay their respects from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to charity of choice.
