Obituary

Harley Herbert Flint, 83, Crawfordsville, passed away Tuesday morning at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health-Crawfordsville. He had worked for RR Donnelley's for 35 years, served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Young's Chapel.

He was born Nov. 20, 1928, at Hedrick, to Joe and Margaret Hurley Flint. He first married Shirley Calder. She passed away in 1986. He then married Susanna Cotten. She survives.

Also surviving are son Terry (Betty) Flint; two stepdaughters, Marnie (Robert) Tower and Keri (Scot) McDonald; and brother Harland (Janet) Flint. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Eric (Crystal) Flint, Ross Flint, Duncan McDonald and Alexandria McDonald. In addition two great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews survive.

He is preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Dorman Winger. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery North. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
