Jack S. Richardson, 92, of Westerville, and formerly of Akron, Ohio and Crawfordsville, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019.

He was the former owner of Baumgardner Vault Co. and former salesman with Clark Grave Vault Co. He was a member of Crawfordsville American Legion, Crawfordsville Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Valley of Columbus, Tadmor Shrine of Akron and Loyal Order of Jesters. He also was a Navy veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty; daughter Darcy (Jim) Arnold of Dublin; granddaughters, Ashley (Steve) Pennington of Upper Arlington and Angela (Brian) DeNoble of Powell; great-grandchildren, Grant and Elena Pennington and Adalyn DeNoble.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Lula Richardson; sisters, Ilene Younker and Ione Clifton; and brother Gene Richardson.

Friends may call 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 27 at Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville. A service will follow at 7 p.m., with Pastor Rick Nuzum officiating. In addition there will be a visitation 1-2 p.m. Friday, March 29 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, 107 N. Grant Ave., Crawfordsville, with a funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. officiated by Pastor Kevin Howey. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery Grant Avenue.
