James E Horton, 85, Crawfordsville, passed away Thursday September 25 at Signature Healthcare in Lebanon and had been a farmer.

He was born on January 18, 1940 in Muddy Creek Forks, PA. He married Gail Fix and she survives. Also surviving are sons, John and Steve along with three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 3 PM Thursday October 2 at Oak Hill Cemetery North followed by a memorial service, 6 PM the same evening, at Christ's United Methodist church.
