James Merle McClure, 86 of Crawfordsville passed away at his home.

He was born April 12, 1934 in New Ross to Christopher and Flossie Cline McClure.

Jim served in the US Army, he then served with and retired from the Crawfordsville Fire Department.

He was married to Margaret B Biggs, who survives. Also surviving are his children James McClure II and Debora Williams as well as 4 grandchildren Chad Williams, Stacy (Jeff) Williams Chatman, Hannah C McClure, and James M. McClure III.

Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Monday April 19, at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Howey officiating. Visitation will be from 12-3pm Monday April 19. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Mausoleum.
