James A. Vannice, 87, Crawfordsville,
passed away Saturday evening, Aug. 27,
2016, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 17, 1928 in Crawfordsville
to Howard and Dorothy (Finley)
Vannice.
Mr. Vannice retired from R.R. Donnelly's
and his memberships included Hillsboro
Nazarene Church, the U.S. National
Guard and Civil Defense. He was an avid
bowler and golfer.
Survivors include his wife, Mary
Harwood; a son, Wayne Vannice; two
daughters, Starla Kellerman and Cindy
Shrout; two brothers, Richard Vannice and
Donald Vannice; a sister,
Nancy Jane Hurley; five
grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.

A memorial services
is scheduled for 2 p.m.
Wednesday at Hunt &
Son Funeral Home with Pastor Greg
McDonald officiating. Family and friends
may pay their respects two hours prior to
the service. Burial is at Oak Hill Cemetery
North.
